Chicken Razila

Ingredient: - Boneless Chicken 1.200 gm , ½ kg onion (cut into long slices), one big bunch of dhaniya, 7 green chilies (cut into small pieces), 6 elachi, 10 kismis, 5 teaspoons ginger garlic paste, 1 table spoon dhania powder, Haldi ½ table spoon, salt to tasted, Dahi 2 table spoon.

Method: - Apply salt to the onions and keep aside for 5 minutes. Then the squeeze out all the water from the onions and deep fry till golden brown. Grind, onion, dahi, elachi and kismis fried into fine paste. In a pan take heat oil add the ginger garlic paste, dhaniya powder, chilies, haldi and salt fry for some time. Add to chicken and fry for sometime till it become little brown then add the onion paste and cook till it leavesoil. Then put hara dhania put little water and cook till done. Gravy should be thick and lastly add lime juice and serve hot.
