Turmeric Chicken Curry


Ingredient:- Chicken 1 kg, Sankleshwari red chili powder 2 table spoon, Oil 3-4 table spoon, Turmeric powder ½ table spoon, Curds 4 table spoon, Onion chopped 1 piece, Coriander powder 2 table spoon, Gram Masala powder 1 table spoon, Coriander and salt to tasted.
Turmeric Chicken Curry
Method: - Marinated chicken with the curds, salt, turmeric powder for 2 hours. In the oil, add to onions and fry to till golden brown. Add to the chicken and fry well. 1 liter of hot water and let cook on medium flame added. When almost cooked remove and keep aside. Separately heat oil and add ground masala, gram masala powder and the chicken. Keep to the stirring till oil starts separating from the masala. Cook till done and garnish with coriander and to the serve hot.
