Chicken Drum Sticks In Pepper Gravies



Ingredient:- Chicken drum sticks 8 pieces, Ginger 1, Garlic 4 (flakes), Turmeric ¼ table spoon, Pepper Corns ½ table spoon, Jeer a ½ table spoon, Dania 1 table spoon, Big Tomatoes 2 piece, Salt to tasted, Big onion 1 piece, Coriander leaves 1 table spoon, Pudina 1 table spoon.

Method: - Dry roasts the pepper corn, jeer a and dania. Finely cut the onions, coriander leaves and pudina and saute them using 2 table spoon of the oil. All Grind tomato,Garlic,Ginger, Roasted Pepper Corn, Dhania ,Jeer a,Coriander Leaves,Sautes Onion and Pudina to added. To the chicken drum sticks add the ground paste, turmeric powder, salt and marinate it for half an hour. Then add as a ½ cup of water and cook it in the pressure cooker for say 5 minutes. Then to the pan added butter and the add this cooked chicken drum sticks and simmer it till the gravies chickens to the required consistency. It  tastes good with hot rice and chapatti.
