Kolhapuri Chicken Curry


Ingredient:- Chicken 1 kg, Sankleshwari red chili powder 2 table spoon, Oil 3-4 table spoon, turmeric powder ½ table spoon, Curds 4 table spoon, Onion chopped 1 piece, Coriander Powder 2 table spoon, Gram masala powder 1 table spoon, Coriander and salt.
Kolhapuri Chicken Curry

Method: - Marinate Chicken with the curds, salt, turmeric powder for 2 hours. In the oil, add onions and fry to till golden brown. Add to the Chicken and fry well. And added 1 liter of hot water and let cook on medium flame. When almost cooked removed and keep aside. Separately heat oil and add to the ground masala. Gram masala powder and the chicken keep stirring till oil starts separating from masala. Cook till done and garnish with coriander and to serve hot.
